قال المهندس صلاح عبد الكريم رئيس شركة بدر الدين للبترول انه تم اعداد برامج لاكتشاف وتطوير الكوادر البشرية والتخطيط التكاملي للقوي العاملة ، كما تم إعداد برنامج لمنح الجدارات والتقييم المستمر و وضع منظومة اليكترونية متكاملة لادارة الموارد البشرية لان العنصر البشري هو المحرك لأي نجاح.

واضاف صلاح عبدالكريم : الشركة بدأت في وضع خطة كبيرة للصيانة من خلال تحديث التوربينات وتحديث الكنترول وهناك معدات وضواغط جديدة ستدخل الخدمة قريباً حتي نحافظ علي الاصول التي تمكن الشركة من انتاج الزيت والغاز 

واكد رئيس بدر الدين ان انتاج الشركة وصل ل 123 الف برميل يومياً من الزيت الخام والغاز الطبيعي ، وتم حفر 14 بئرا استكشافياً منذ بداية العام الحالي واثبتوا جميعهم نتائج ايجابية ، كما تم زيادة الاستثمارات الخاصة بالبحث والاستكشاف ل10 مليون دولار لتصبح 48 مليون دولار في الربع الاول من عام 2019 

وكانت شركة بدرالدين قد نظمت ورشة عن الامن الصناعي والسلامة المهنية والتي وذلك تنفيذاً لتوجيهات المهندس طارق الملا وزير البترول والثروة المعدنية بضرورة بتوفير بيئة عمل آمنة للشركة وللشركاء الاجانب .

وقد تم مراجعة منظومة السلامة والامان بالشركة منذ اوائل 2019 واكتشفت الإدارة وجود مناطق تحتاج الي اعادة نظر في منظومة السلامة والامان وهي المناطق التي يتركز فيها عمل شركات المقاولين ، وبناءاً علي ذلك تم تنظيم ورشة العمل لتقوم كل شركة بعرض ادائها وماهي الخطط المستقبلية لها لتطبيق وسائل الآمان والسلامة المهنية  

وتسعى شركة بدرالدين خلال هذه الفترة للحصول علي مكانة متميزة ضمن تصنيف شركة شل عالمياً خاصةً وانها اول شركة تعمل علي تأمين مواقعها والاهتمام بالامن والسلامة ، وتتوقع هيئة البترول الي انه بنهاية عام 2019 سيتم اعلان شركة بدر الدين للبترول صفر حوادث مع ارتفاع معدلات الامان والسلامة المهنية .
