"إيبروم" و"إنبي" توقّعان اتفاقية تعاون في مجال المشروعات.
في إطار تعزيز التعاون المشترك بين شركات قطاع البترول المصري، وكإستجابه لتوجهات معالى السيد وزير البترول والثروة المعدنية فى تعزيز التعاون بين شركات قطاع البترول المصرى وفى ضوء المحاور الإستراتيجية الرئيسية لوزارة البترول والثروة المعدنية.
وقّعت الشركة المصرية لتشغيل وصيانة المشروعات (إيبروم) والشركة الهندسية للصناعات البترولية والكيماوية (إنبي) اتفاقية تعاون في مجال المشروعات.
وقام بتوقيع الاتفاقية كلٌّ من المهندس حسام أسعد، رئيس مجلس الإدارة والعضو المنتدب لشركة إيبروم، والمهندس وائل لطفي، رئيس مجلس الإدارة والعضو المنتدب لشركة إنبي، وذلك في خطوة تهدف إلى توسيع نطاق التعاون المثمر بين الشركتين.
وتعكس هذه الاتفاقية رؤية الشركتين نحو تعزيز الشراكة الممتدة بينهما على مدار السنوات الماضية، وفتح آفاق جديدة للتعاون داخل مصر وخارجها، بما يسهم في دعم جهود التكامل بين كيانات قطاع البترول المصري وتعزيز تنافسيتها على المستويين المحلي والدولي.
EPROM and ENPPI Sign Cooperation Agreement in Project Development
As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen collaboration among companies within Egypt’s petroleum sector—and in response to the directives of H.E. the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources to enhance integration among sector entities and in line with the Ministry’s key strategic pillars—the Egyptian Projects Operation and Maintenance Company (EPROM) and the Engineering for the Petroleum and Process Industries (ENPPI) have signed a cooperation agreement in the field of project development.
The agreement was signed by Eng. Hossam Asaad, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EPROM, and Eng. Wael Lotfy, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ENPPI, in a move aimed at expanding the scope of productive collaboration between the two companies.
This agreement reflects the shared vision of EPROM and ENPPI to further strengthen their longstanding partnership, explore new horizons for cooperation both within Egypt and internationally, and support the integration of entities across the Egyptian petroleum sector—ultimately enhancing its competitiveness on both local and global levels
